AMAZING PEOPLE and AMAZING PRODUCTS. We had 4 Sitka deer and 150# of fish for processing….all spread out over two weeks and with different outfitters. They were able to help out so much with logistics and really saved us a ton of money and stress. Lyle and Jamie are great people, and they bent over back words to make our trip a success. Cant wait to get back to Kodiak to use them again…do yourself a favor, be it fish or game…get it to the smokehouse and let them help. Just wish I bought a t-shirt before I left…lol…USE KODIAK ISLAND SMOKEHOUSE or you will regret it! – Chris from AZ
