We love eating out. Yesterday we went to this delicious restaurant which friends told us about. We passed a beautiful evening there with delicious meal and an experienced crew and a great chief cook. We added this restaurant in our list and we will definitely return very soon. Highly recommended.

First we called and received our food an hour and fifteen minutes later. The ice coffee had almost no ice in it. We ordered chipotle sauce and didn’t get it. There were no straws and we ordered 2 coffees and got three. Not a great experience.

Terrible experience here. I work with Uber eats doing delivery and this place kept me waiting for 20 minutes past the scheduled time for pickup on a very simple order when almost nobody was in the store. I’ve done countless deliveries and no other restaurant has ever treated an order this way. The people behind the counter are rude and disrespectful to their customers who ordered food and to delivery people. I ended up cancelling the order when they wouldn’t bring anything out even after I told them I would cancel. Shame on harbor deli for this behavior. Granted, I don’t know if the sandwiches are any good, but I wouldn’t recommend ordering takeout from here because you won’t get it any time soon if they treat the delivery people any way like they treated me.
