Update: I was contacted by a manager who did offer us some compensation for our trouble. I do appreciate that he attempted to make it right.Lied to me about getting a work-place discount. Will do whatever it takes to get you to switch even at the customer’s cost

Connor helped us and his customer service skills were on point . I forget the name of the other guy helping him help us too, but he was just as great . Our setup took longer than expected, but they took their time with us and were so patient . After switching to ATT I went to the mall location for help cause it was closer. Not one person got up from the tables they were all sitting at and were all on their phones. I felt like I was inconveniencing them! So I’ll drive the extra minutes to come to this location from now on to see Connor and the crew there for help . So happy with our new phones and service ! Thanks guys !

Horrible customer service i went in with a issue and was told that it was impossible to fix this simple problem they threw a lot of bad looks at me when i tried to explain to them that i knew someone who had no problems with that same product and that a different store told me it was fixable i do promise i will never ever recommend at&t after that
