Short answer: use them if you need help.Long answer: We we’re heading from Houston to Austin and blew a tire just outside of Sealy. The tire was shredded and, being in a construction zone, it was unsafe to change a tire there. We were turned down by one company and called Fernandez and Sons. They sent a driver out who towed us to a nearby parking lot and attempted to get the spare. It wouldn’t budge. He then removed our shredded tire, took it to a tire shop, got us a good tire and got us back on the road. This driver went the extra mile, literally, and saved our day. If this one driver is any indication of the type of employees Fernandez has, it is a testament to good ownership. Hopefully you won’t ever need their services but if you do, do no hesitate to call.

I was stranded on the side of the road. I called 4 other companies first, all said 24/7 service…none answered. Called Fernandez and picked up immediately.He told me he was out in a job but will be there in 45 minutes, he was there in 30! Top notch, highly recommended.
