Really disappointed as I am ..correction was a frequent customer of this particular Subways here in Beacon. I usually order in person or through Doordarsh but decided to directly use their website as delivery apps charge small businesses for their services taking money away from supporting local black businesses. It’s sad the owner Joy treats other poc with disrespect.I purchased lunch for my 9 yr old niece and didn’t select any toppings. I did not realize toppings were automatically included and when her mom went to pick it up they refused to correct it. If anyone has children, you know how picky they can be. I spent 30 dollars on 2 sandwiches and have to sit in my driveway scrapping off the condiments because of an honest error and the lack of customer services. Loyalty doesn’t always pay off.
