I wanted a DVD player because someone was going to share a trilogy with me. I needed to be on and out quick. I’d give it 5 stars except I had to walk the entire store before I found them, and an associate only showed up just as I found them to ask if I needed help locating something. However, he was helpful, pointed out some brands and found me a deal, so I was out of the store about 5 minutes after he assisted me. Over all, a good experience for someone who is only semi techie.

I was told today to leave if I would not put on a mask so I LEFT and did NOT shop in Best Buy and did NOT spend my hard earned money there and never will again. If they believed so strongly in the mask being helpful then they could choose to trust their own mask to protect them if they are happy to wear it and let me have trust over my body, health and freedom!! Going to shop elsewhere and buy MADE IN AMERICA products!

You are not allowed to shop in Best Buy and they refused to offer you service if you are not wearing a mask. Amazon does not require face mask and they are cheaper. What next Best Buy, demanding “666” tattoos on your customers forehead? You must have forgotten that your customers make the decisions on where they want to shop. You are just a store, no one elected you to rule over the people.
