AMAZING, SANDWICHES WERE GREAT, I PLACED A LARGE ORDER OF 47 SANDWICHES FOR MY COMPANY LUNCH. THEY WERE ON TIME & FRESH MADE, I USED CURBSIDE BECAUSE OF COVID & A COMPROMISED IMMUNE SYSTEM. Food was good, BUT..apparently the people who work there either don’t care, or can’t read. I ordered a steak and cheese with no onions or peppers. The sandwich was loaded with both. I said no pickle for that sandwich, but wanted the pickle with mine. I didn’t get one. I also have never eaten at a firehouse subs before, so I wasn’t aware with an online order that I needed to get my own chips. I assumed they would be in the bag since I had to specify the flavor. They weren’t. Not a good first experience.
