My wife and I have been storing here for several years and the team has been professional and supportive throughout. Clean, affordable facility; really convenient location given that it’s right next to the N White Plains metro north station (I commute daily). High recommend.

Found my storage unit was infested with mice feces. I got very little help from maintenance. You have to clean your self. You can put a claim in that won’t cover your items that are damaged. Protection plan won’t cover it. Customer service not very helpful. Claims department gives you the runaround. A real disappointment when you see all the traps around. I was told that the facility was cleaned daily, but I was then told by the claims department they never promise that there facilities are cleaned daily. Now I understand why they don’t cover it. I wouldn’t look into the protection plan it’s a waste of money. Please, if you value your items, DO NOT bring your Business to this company. You will deeply regret it. If I could give it a 0 star rating, I most definitely would.
