I have bought hats from them every year for a few years as gifts. Everyone absolutely loves them. Jennifer is amazing at customer support and has helped me get some custom hats on several occasions. I got them in a timely manner even when I told them that there was no rush. I also have some other Copper River Fleece items and they hold up well and keep me warm. The prices though high match the quality of the product and the uniqueness of the styles. I will never go anywhere else for mid weight clothing and jackets. And if you ever want something special don’t be afraid to ask them just make sure your time frame is reasonable it takes time for something special and they get busy. I cant wait to give the latest batch of hats to there recipients at Christmas.
