Customer service was terrible. Not only was my photo order not ready after I received a email confirmation, the associate working in the photo dept just walked off while I was talking to her. When she finally came back, I asked her when my order would be ready. She said my order was cancelled and walked off. Not to mention that she said they have been out of that size photo paper for a month and still gave me confirmation my order was ready. Really!!

Totally impossible to get someone on the phone! really? You should have someone answer the phone when someone calls.. What a joke. No wonder the store is always nasty. No one cares. I tried three times to get someone on the phone. Forget about it. Not important to CVS! The only person that cares is the young dude up front. That’s it! He is so young, he has not been taught yet how to not care. Give it time!
