To clarify, let’s not pretend Sonics food ever deserves above 3* … this 5 star review is regarding the service of ChrisJohnTown, one of two employees on staff and was absolutely killing it while the system was down, managing orders at all the bays and the drive thru running like a madman. It was within the last hour so a few items were not available, but he was aware at the time of order what was and wasn’t available. He delivered the 3 separate orders we placed at the same bay and everything was exactly as ordered. Excellent customer service skills. We didn’t have cash to tip him and he wasn’t phased and gave service all the same. Absolutely stellar attitude, in my opinion is above his pay grade. On a side note, I hope this GANGSTA pupper in the Tesla next to us got his order with the same professionalism we got.

Worst sonic experience ever. They closed ice cream down 31 minutes before close. Had to go to McDonald’s and they had better service…. All I have to say is wow this staff is sad….
