Wow!!! That is my reaction after visiting this AT&T store. Everyone is so incredibly kind and took extra steps to ensure we were taken care of and served with the utmost professionalism.After parking our car, we were immediately greeted by Hector who let us know about the new safety procedures implemented at the store. We felt at ease knowing what to expect before walking in and respect AT&T for their due diligence.Next, one of the employees graciously opens the door for me. I get to speak with the store manager, Martin, who is exceptional to say the least. He is so good at what he does and treated me like family. He answered all my questions with patience and kindness. He even let me know about some cost-saving things we could do and so I ended up getting more by spending less! I feel so lucky!I don’t really live by this store…However, let’s just say I will be coming here from now on!!!June 27 Edit: I just remembered the name of the other person who helped me – Preston. He is a jewel!
