The office experience was good since they had to put up with my attitude since I am clearly not tech savvy. My problem if you really like to know was with the mail in Sims card. If you care to hear about that contact me and maybe get the bitter frustration I have about that mail Sims card I received.

I like going to this T-Mobile in particular.the workers are always nice, friendly and efficient. If I have any kind of question they are more than happy to answer and help me with anything as small or big it can be. I’m always greeted with a smile i feel really comfortable at this particular store.I totally recommend it.

Extremely rude customer service. Manager as well. I came in to inquire about a trade in. Looked at my phone for 30sec and said no. Which is fine and all but seemed like they were just trying to rush me out the door and not help me.
