Terrible customer service when you actually find an employee. I needed a fireplace tool set. They were out with the exception of their display. I asked if I could buy it and the girl immediately responded with Yes, but don’t expect any discount because its a display item. That was rude bit I needed it for my parent’s home. When I got to the check out, the clerk said I wasn’t allowed to buy the display. Frustrated… I eventually paid for it. (I looked for a mailbox but completely out of them.)

I really wish they carried Proven Winners plant products. A person has to travel to Dallas to buy Proven Winner plants. I can never find the plants I want here.
