old reviews should be removed. The current staff in Beacon Post Office go above and beyond to support customers. I run a small business. The staff at this location is knowledgable and efficient. Once I left a pre-labeled parcel that was meant for a different carrier. Not only they made the time to call to let us know of the issue, but one of the employee (Philippe) took the time to drop the parcel at the proper carrier at the end of his work day. I am very grateful for the support of USPS Beacon.

honestly ive never had a bad experience here! sure lines are a little long sometimes and ive had maybe one experience with an employee who wasnt the nicest but overall its a great post office!

I have been a customer of the beacon post office for well over 20 years. I’ve always gotten wonderful, wonderful service from everyone there. Do not believe the haters on here, they must not know how to treat other people. The whole staff at Beacon is always been top-notch, kind and helpful and caring
