The lady was so helpful to me and my mother in the jewelry department she let her try on the jewelry since her eyesight isn’t what it use to be and showed me and my mom how to unlock and lock the bracelet. And to kind young lady and young men who helped open the doors I’m very grateful, wish JCPenney had automatic doors to make it easier for me and my mother in a wheelchair but that didn’t ruin her Mother’s day gift. Happy Mothers Day to all the moms out there!

⬇️⬇️PROFESSIONAL TRUCK DRIVER⬇️⬇️Loading Dock is between the store and parking garage. Use Google Maps to drop a pin to show you how to get in here. I came in from Barryknoll Dr. I had to back into dock from parking lot. BE SAFE.

Pros: Quality products at great prices with sales & coupons. Easy entrance from outside of the mall (around back) next to food court. Cons: NO fitting rooms! Uuugh!!! Although the ones we encountered were friendly, they are very few employees to help.
