First and foremost, i understand if someone else is being helped. However, acknowledge someone when they walk into your store. I stopped by earlier today. I had a simple question about a prepaid phone i purchased. Not only was I not acknowledge when i walked in, after 2 to 3 min nothing changed. I ended up walking out. Not good customer service. N at&t, please dont come on her apologizing especially if nothing is going 2 change. Do better
