Was having a major reduction in power by what my car instrument panel was showing. Battery symbol appears and disappeared… didn’t stay on constantly in my message center. Plus my voltmeter would go to high then back down to low. I noticed Advance Auto Parts coming up, so I pulled in quickly and asked for battery/alternator check. Told the gentleman that 30 month battery was only nine months old but alternator had never been replaced at 19 years. He stated it’s the battery Sir…. alternator is fine. Was super impressed. Took car straight home until it could be replaced under warranty the next a.m. Thank You A.A.P. & Counter tech for ALL YOU DO!! I’LL BE BACK!!

I like this Advanced a lot. My power steering pump went out. Like a day before Thanksgiving. I had looked online the the day after Thanksgiving and found a pump but they did not have one at that advanced. I wanted to order it offline because of the black Friday deal and discount. So I went to the store and spoke with the cashier and told him what I needed and if there is anyway I can get the discounts. He spoke to a co-worker and they were like yea. This is what we will do. We will order the part to the store. And when it comes in tomorrow morning (which was a Saturday) we will call you and let u know its here. Then we will add it to our inventory so it shows online in stock and that way you can order it online and get your savings. To which they did all the above. And I had my pump, saved my money and my car was fixed by 4pm. Very happy.
