I reserved a storage unit online and received a “first month free” promo as well as $25 off my monthly fee after that. The next day I went in the office on 14th in Decatur and was greeted by Clara. She asked if I would like to see the unit first before signing papers and escorted me to the one I decided on. She answered all questions for me and was extremely nice and helpful. I had a great experience here and would def recommend using this place and coming to Clara for any storage needs!
