Went to a T-Mobile store on Zaragoza Road to inquire about cell phone service. I currently had Verizon and wanted to switch. I was offered three lines for the price of one and since I live next to the border I was told that I would get a signal booster if my service was bad. Came to the store five days later to place the order for the booster since service was indeed very bad. I was charged for this equipment when I was told that it was not going to cost me. I was told that i would be reimbursed but never did. The signal booster arrived a week later. Got it connected and set up through my wi-Fi but never got it to work. Therefore my service was not great. I called to the store to find out what I can do to cancel my services and return the equipment but I was not helped. I was told the manager was busy and for me to call another day. When i went to inquire about phone service they were very helpful and knowledgeable. To cancel they are very rude and dont have time to talk to you. Bad service. I know not all stores are the same but my service is still bad.

Awful service. I had to return to the store three different times (same day). Personnel wasn’t able to inform me of all the things I needed to get done to get my service running.They definitely waisted my time with them. I never leave a bad review but in this case I have to.Looking forward to complete this errand at another T-Mobile store.
