I had a horrible experience on 5/22/21. Firstly, you primarily are a clothing store. It makes ZERO sense to have your dressing rooms closed. I was carrying a dress suit with me. So I used the bathroom to try on the suit. I quickly tried on the pants and decided I would purchase the suit. I get I was in the wrong with clothes in the bathroom (although it would not be a problem if the dressing rooms in a clothing store were available). What followed is what irritated me.A female employee bashing the men’s bathroom door open, leaving it open, and yelling like some prison guard. I had my witty comment to return. This is not how you treat people much less customers.I ended up purchasing the suit. As it fit very nicely in the bathroom.

First the store was a mess. Second while the rest if the country is rightly and per CDC recomadations loosing their covid restrictions.. This store is stuck in covid fear mode. Withwomens sizes being different by brands we have no idea if something is going to fit properly without trying them on. Loaded my cart with stuff to try get to dressing room and its closed. Left my cart there and good thing because only 1 register open and a very backed up line. Decided to go across the parking lot to Kohls. Much better experience there.
