The customer service is nonexistent! To start of the store was completely empty. We walked in looking for some shoes for my toddler and the sad individual in the front desk gave us a look like we bother her just by walking in. She confirmed this by not even bothering to ask us if we needed any assistance. We were there 5-10 minutes when the other employee walked out of the back room and took her spot on the front desk with her coworker, again, not asking us if we had any questions or needed some assistance! Never coming back to shoe store!

The women and men that were running the store at 8:40 pm were laughing, giggling, and having inappropriate behavior. We felt so out of place and had to leave. They were literally doing something that I can only imagine in the back. March.3, 2020
