The one girl gave me the wrong advice and my hair turned literally awful, BUT she was so nice and kind and really tried to help as much as she could! I loved her and will literally return just for her even though she was wrong. She shared what worked on her hair and it didn’t end up working on mine and that’s totally fine! I adored her. I would give five stars just for her. I can’t remember her name but thanks for trying to help me turn blonde! When I came back to return stuff and find something to cover my mess I worked with Christina. SUPER RUDE. I was not a fan, she wasn’t kind, very short and super unhelpful. I would ask questions and her response was you would have to figure it out for yourself. The whole point of me coming in was because I couldn’t figure it out by myself and needed assistance……. I would never come here again if all the staff was like that. BUT the one blonde girl is super sweet and helpful and I totally get stuff happens and our hair doesn’t react the same way. The other lady got annoyed when I said I wanted permanent color instead of Demi color cause even if it doesn’t work out I don’t have time to come back and I need something to last working full time and being a student full time. I also made sure to include I wasn’t upset at the girl who gave me the wrong advice and that I understand things happen. Hopefully she doesn’t get in trouble because I came back! I’ll be back in for sure at some point but only if the one girl is working I won’t work with the other woman!

I went in once around December maybe employees acknowledged me they were busy stocking asked if I needed help made a few recommendations bc the brand and color I wanted weren’t in stock ….this trip I didn’t buy anything I needed to do more research before going outside my comfort zone w different brands ….. made my own horrid decision w super fast fading permanent magenta and now needed a curbside pickup …the store had my brand my color I had a discount could it get any more perfect it could …. I go to the store for my pick up a super friendly person greets me not only has my product but intuitively had several upsell appropriate suggestions… I went in with no money and had to go back to my car bc she made feel thought of I forgot I needed gloves this time around she suggested gloves … I have social anxiety and felt none of it in this store …. will be getting what beauty supplies I need here from now on
