Went in to buy some plants and stuff. Waited to check out for like 15 minutes which we didn’t mind. Finally get up to register and it freezes up.Of course, everyone behind us gets in the other line. Finally our turn and the cashier says we have to get in the back of the other line. Although we were there just as long as the lady she just checked out. Very poor customer service tonight. Not that I expect special treatment. Just fair treatment.

We purchased over $2k in appliances. They said it would take several weeks to receive the dryer so they would deliver both at once. The next day they called and said they were no longer carrying this Whirlpool line asked us to come back down to look at a floor model. We chose 1 of 2 and they said they would wrap it up and hold until the dryer arrived in 10 days or so. We received a call for delivery, they arrived the next day with only the dryer not the washer. Called again, talked to Seth/Manager. He said he would have it delivered tomorrow and give us a credit for all of the trouble upon delivery. The next day they delivered the washer without the drain hose. Called again they said they would have Seth/Manager call me back. Ended up driving down the next morning and a guy in the appliance handed me one from another washer (feel bad for the next person). He said Seth would be in 1 hour and would have him call me. Never heard back, have tried calling several more times with no positive outcome……

The guys at the plumbing and lighting acted like they didn’t want to help. So today we went to lowes to get a mic wave oven. We asked the guy to sell us to display and he kept saying he couldn’t this is the one I wanted we went to home depot. This is the one we asked if we could have the display. As we where talking to him he went off and started talking to another guy. Not happy with the customer service that I was provided today.
