I have been a long time customer of Loft but the staff at Eastchase were very rude regarding the mask policy. I briefly took my mask 1/2 off to tell my sister something and was addressed from across the store by an associate about putting it back on. She threatened to call security without giving me more than 10 seconds to put a mask back on. We put all of our purchases back and abruptly left. This situation could have been handled with a much better attitude on the part of your associate.
