The details got missed. Waxing, pedi, and beard trim were weak. My stylist neglected to get all my stray hairs. When I brought it to her attention, it was as if I did not seem to matter. So I had to come home and clean up the areas. Tough getting ahold of hairs in the ear when your fingers are chubby. $65 overspent.BTW – I paid for haircut, pedi, facial, waxing, and trim.

I know the mandate is over in Texas but barbers should still be masking at least on request of the customer. Not everyone has had a chance to be fully vaccinated yet and, news flash, a haircut is a very easy scenario for covid to spread.You lost a customer today.
