Don’t expect much from this place unless you are a local builder. I placed an order on Tuesday for pick up on Friday. I was assured it would be ready. I gave my phone number so they could contact me if problems arose. When I went to pick up the order, nothing was ready. They had not started building or staining my pieces for my floor. I was terribly disappointed because I purchased my flooring from them and was told they could get the transition strips for me. Needless to say, I do not recommend shopping here unless you’re a member of their good ol’ boy club. One thing I did observe was that there are not enough warehouse employees and what appear to be too many sales personnel. Thanks for nothing. I’d bring my flooring back for a refund if I could.In reply to the response below. My floor trim was requested on TUESDAY & I was assured that your staff would build and stain the trim pieces by Friday. It was NOT ordered from an outside entity so don’t blame a vendor. Don’t blame COVID either.

I just want to brag on an associate of Enterprise Wholesale for a moment. My husband and I decided to redo the floors in our home. Trevor was very friendly as well as knowledgeable! I believe he went above AND beyond to meet our needs! He seemed just as concerned with staying in our budget as we were! They did the tile work in our new build. The tile work is terribleeeeee!! The grout is about 4 direr the colors throughout. It’s uneven which makes it so hard to clean. And overall, it just looks awful. They should be ashamed to be putting this garbage in people’s home and taking their hard earned money. Do not recommend and be careful who you build with in the Enterprise area- chances are they use this company. Trent (their employee) told us our tile work looked great and that it was the best we were going to get.
