I have tried to be a nice and respectful tenant here at the Reserve At Billingsley Place. Yes, the office staff and maintenance are nice; however, that is as far as the service goes. Of the past two months of my lease, I have had various issues to arise. Two of them being, air conditioning and mold. I have called, and put several Requests for the issues to be fixed. All I have received are quick fixes, which are unacceptable. At this point I need to be moved to a new unit at the expense of the property management.

Great Apartment. Very friendly and responsive staff. Quiet. Good location. Rent is reasonable for downtown Montgomery.Only negatives is that my remote to the parking gates is very marginal, there needs to be more trash pick up around the property, and more routine landscaping work…ie leaf blowing and hedge trimming.Overall very pleased with my decision to rent here.
