I recently bought my new luxury plank flooring from Lumber Liquidators in Montgomery. I was on the fence about investing in floors at all right now. I had gone around town looking at different store prices and choices and felt very overwhelmed.When I walked into Lumber Liquidators for the first time, the customer service was top notch. The manager, Randall, was highly educated on their products and was ready to help answer all of my questions with a positive attitude. My contractor needed me to go back and get something else when he was installing the floors a few weeks later. He had called LL in advance and when I arrived, the manager had it waiting for me at the counter and had still remembered me.Not only did I get a great deal on a top of the line product, the floor looks amazing! I’m so glad that I went with Lumber Liquidators and got completely fair pricing and excellent customer service (not just a random person at a chain store that didn’t know anything about their products and didn’t remember me the next time I went in).I can’t wait to go back and purchase the next phase of flooring for my home!

Really helpful and suggested a laminate that worked out great. I’m now looking for more to do the stairwell landing to match the upstairs. I thought it was ugly until I put down the Forest Cove Oak Barn in the hallway. Great company and great prices.
