Had to return a package for warranty. I went inside and a woman opens a door and steps halfway out. I had two questions as she stood a distance off, never coming to the counter. I asked if I could insure this package even though it already had an RMA label affixed. She replied sharply no. I asked if she could scan it to see if the issuer had insured it. She again sharply replied we can’t get that information. She never offered options or give any helpful information. The whole time I felt as if I was a bother to have even walked in. The entire time she stood halfway in the door. I hope my expensive return makes it. If the rest of the employees attitudes are as put out as hers, I may be screwed. Not my choice of shippers, but it is of the returned items company. I hope other employees have better customer service skills and an outward appearance of giving a damn.

Friendly staff and very much focused on getting things done. I tend to go here instead of the other locations around town… Easy and outbound parcels go almost directly into aircraft or long haul vehicles.
