I’ve been going to them for a few years now after switching from a chain, and they always have the nicest people working for them. I mostly use the Hickory location. They call you by name when you walk in. and greet you with smiles. Always willing to help or answer questions. They are a treat every time I get to go. I love to walk around their store as well and buy stuff. 🙂
CD Properties
I’ve yet to come in contact with even 1 person who’s professional or friendly much less willing to go out of their way to help in any way at the Hickory location. They rarely have the amount to fill a prescription and have yet to even apologize for making you have to go out of your way to make another trip to pick up the remainder of your prescription. You’d think since you get the same RX every month, they’d make sure to have it on hand. Unnecessarily rude and unprofessional.
