Stopped in about 6PM mid-trip, no appointment, for a 3 axle tractor wheel alignment. 3 of the 5 bays had trucks pulled in. Nikki greeted me and checked me in without the usual, it’s gonna be about 4-5 hours, which is what you usually hear. She went and consulted with Efrain and I was told to drop the trailer and pull up to a bay. Efrain came out as I was unhooking and sprayed the adjustment bolts and was waiting to direct me when I approached the door. He did an expert job, kept me posted on his findings, and finished efficiently. The other guys were hard at work taking care of the other customers also. The facility was clean and the equipment was top-notch. This level of service is rare.

Been coming to this location for about 12 years now. Things have changed a little since Lubezone took over but out of their locations they’ve kept true to the work ethic I like when getting a PM on my truck and trailer. I won’t go anywhere else. Jason is the man and Lubezone ya’ll better do whatever it takes to keep him around. I will have to say I was disappointed this evening as they were out of Fleetguard oil, and fuel filters for my ISX15. As well as the cartridge for the air dryer.
