I am recently new to this location, but I must say everyone is so kind and so helpful! One lady in particular named Jennifer helped me out and she was so sweet and kind! Would definitely 100% recommend this worker! She answered all of my questions and helped me with her AMAZING SERVICE !! This location I would recommend 100%! Such an amazing hard worker she is! I had purchased a flip phone online for my husband to replace one that didn’t work. Setting up the phone was more complicated than just swapping out the sim card. Devon at the Creekside location saved the day and my sanity. He was courteous and didn’t give up intil all my issues were resolved. With service like that, T-mobile has a customer for life. The store at Creekside in New Braunfels is the third T-Mobile store we’ve been to in the past 2 days. We were told that my mother’s phone need to be upgraded because she had no sound whatsoever on the phone after going through the processes of this and that we found it probably didn’t need the upgrade Ariana the store manager somewhere in the settings found a switch that have been tripped cutting all sound off of my mother’s phone. Remember I said this is the third we have been to with this problem . Now she doesn’t have to get an upgrade she doesn’t have to change her phone that she’s comfortable with she didn’t have to do any of these things that she doesn’t want to do. Ariana we are much appreciate of your help . Not only were you helping us with our account but you were also translating for a non English speaker translating and you were going back and forth from them to us with no problem . And still found us the best thing we could do for our phones . thank you again for your help. Although my mother may not be getting an upgrade I will be getting the upgrade and she found us the best deal we can have on that to we were very pleased with Ariana and her store. Ariana deserves a great big pat on the back or raise or something. She went above and beyond the Call of Duty and fix something 2 other stores couldn’t. She has ensured a few more faithful years for us with T-Mobile.
