I was not even able to purchase any glasses.(And their selection isn’t good or worth my money anyway.) There was 2 young women working. One offered help. But when I selected my glasses and asked for her to check me out(she was just sitting there with her arms crossed, next to her coworker who was on the computer) she said I’d have to wait a while until they were done with what they needed to do. I had to pick up my brother from school and did not have time to wait a while. Especially when she was just sitting down with her arms crossed, watching her coworker do stuff on the computer. *I will not give my business to people that don’t want to do their job.* There should be more workers. And if she was training, which she did not say she was, she should have said something. *But they definitely lost my business if they don’t want to do their job and help customers instead of sit on their butt with their arms crossed, watching other workers do stuff on the computer. *

I had to order glasses via phone & I couldn’t try them on nothing & they listened to my request & to MY SURPRISE they informed me of the size of flames I needed & I never knew u had to wear a certain size frame in order to fit your pupil size so Thanks to Them I got EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED & IT WAS QUICK I GOT A TEXT WHEN THEY WERE READY & THEY ALSO WERE ALOT CHEAPER THAN I HVE PD OVER THE YRS FOR THE LENSES THAT WERE REQUIRED.. I will certainly be going back to take my 4 yr old grandson whom just started wearing glasses they r awesome!!
