Packages are constantly damaged if delivered to me correctly or not.

This post office has consistently put my mail into the wrong box at my apartment complex, including to the wrong building and street address. I’ve had important documents completely lost. Even with informed delivery they claimed delivery was made when I’m marking it’s not. Packages are constantly damaged if delivered to me correctly or not. Consistently having issues with my packages marked for the correct PO box as well. They will close out any complaint you filed without actual follow up and then have the gall to send you the survey asking on how wonderful job they did addressing your complaint they didn’t handle. All these issues started BEFORE Covid.

I got the brush off, talking to the supervisor, I pointed out problems with the service. For example: damages of envelopes that had checks that had payments to me, from my customers, mail that was put in my Po box that was not mine, serious delays on mail in my p.o. box, which had for 8 yrs+,i supervisor says to me,so you doesn’t make any errors on job as a delivery person, I responded, I am one of top ranking couriers,I make less that 1% error. He’s responds eye rowing, say oh you don’t make mistakes…is apology was non-apologetic …I took I took offense to his tone and he knows it then sarcastically says to me you have a good day..

Cant speak for the office itself but the postal workers obviously dont care about their jobs. We live in a apartment complex and they dont deliver packages to doors anymore, they throw everyones packages out in a main area, mislabeled packages and now recently apparently they handed our package to another resident and claimed they hand delivered it to us. I will be complaining as much as i can. I wish amazon didnt use usps as default
