The One and Only
I was there today, Dr was excellent! I had no issues with the price, quality or exam. But after finishing with the exam, I stood around for 10 mins in hopes of getting help. No one asked me if I needed help. I saw the lady at the front desk walk inFront of me, and I yelled “excuse me” I know she heard me and tried to ignore me. I yelled out “hello ma’am, excuse me” once again. She turned and I told her I needed help. That’s when the Assistant Manager came to help. She was super friendly and met all my needs. Maybe have a little better customer service. I will return to that store though.

I have had my glasses since 02/27/2019 and I paid like $340 dollars for my frames with progressive lenses with vision insurance which I believe to be EXPENSIVE.My lenses are now all scratched up and for that much money they should be scratch resistant and a lot more, IMO. I don’t believe you get a good value for your money at America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses.I was super impressed with the doctor and most of the staff, so professional and friendly. The girls at the front when you walk-in could be a little more attentive and more friendly but overall an excellent experience. I also had an appointment and had to wait awhile before I was seen.

The Dr in the back ( little asian guy) has zero concept of how to practice his services on children, went in on 5/4/2021 and I almost left the room with my daughter. He has no experience with handling children and constantly looked out in the waiting room. I think he was looking and seeing how many people were outside, counting numbers. Again my daughter is 5 and the way he was touching and talking to her was almost borderline an issue. Incompetent, I wouldn’t say that, probably just knew the basics, but hands down one of the worst eye drs I have ever been to. Never going back there again.
