I went in last week to buy a dryer. I had an associate named Yazmeen helping me. She was more than accommodating. She made sure all my needs were met and did it with great customer service. I never leave reviews but I thought i should come on here and let you know you guys are doing a good job with your employees. My dryer was just delivered and Julio was incredibly kind as well. Great experience!

I am a new customer that purchased a dishwasher and refrigerator. The dishwasher was promptly delivered but the refrigerator had been delayed. After a few weeks I tried calling the store for update on delivery but after several days of calling and not getting anyone to answer I visited the store.I spoke with the assistant store manager, Jason Martino. He was very professional and helpful. He immediately checked with other stores for the refrigerator, found one and had it delivered within two days.Mr. Martino displayed genuine interest and resolved my problem without further delay.If I decide to continue doing business with Lowe’s it will be because of Mr. Martino’s professionalism and customer service skills.
