One of my favorite places in town, who needs sonics when you have A&W, good food, great service, and you even have KFC to mix in your order. I highly recommend if you haven’t tried them to enjoy a chance to eat some classic American food!

After spending close to $200 and going back to not only order again but let them know we were shorted items and can they make sure those items were included with our new order my husband not only didn’t get a response from the person at the drive through but when he asked again someone in the background yelled YES!at the top of their lungs! When he got to the window to pay he let them know he did not appreciate being treated like that and he again got no response and no apology. We live 60 miles out of town and when we do get food to take home and we get there and open it to find that 1/3 of the order isn’t in the bag we can’t just drive right back to collect. It isn’t difficult to recheck an order to go and it sure isn’t difficult to apologize to someone who just dropped $200 at your store. Horrible customer service leaves a bad taste in your mouth and you can’t even enjoy the food you were looking forward to. Additional training recommended.
