I walked into 5 Metro stores in Mobile Al, no one had great customer service. They did not help resolve my issue. When I came to the Metro in Chickasaw, Al Myra was there. She asked about my issue, she contacted customer service and resolved my voicemail issue. She was the most helpful person throughout all the stores I visited. Keep up the great work Myra! Thank you sweetheart!

Please, I honestly tell you please do not go to any metro pcs authorized dealers store and specially this Chickasaw locations and most chance likely will rip you off. They will convince you to buy their phone and plans and after that they won’t corporate or resolve any issue. I got ripped off but I don’t want you to get scammed by metro pcs authorized dealer. Network service, and customer services both so screwed up. I rather get other cell phone carrier service then metro pcs. Please save your money, time and don’t get scammed by them. I don’t want you to go through what I went through. It’s your call!!!!
