The cakes I order looked horrible, so cheap and not $140 worth. I ordered 3. I spent $420, and they said they will have fondant instead of ribbon. When I show up to pick them up they have ghetto shiny ribbon, that made them look cheap. I have come to el bolillo for years, and lately it looks like they care less and less about their clients. When I brought this up to their attention they acted like it was not a big deal and they didn’t even apologized. They girl who helped me was so rude and apparently she said the manager told her she could only refund me like $20 per cake. Or I could wait God knows how long for them to fix them. Save yourself a headache and order your cake somewhere else. The cake I wanted is on the left, then what I got is on the right.

The tres leches cake is wonderful. Just enough moistness without being fall apart soggy. The fruit between layers is delicious too. The cakes also look as great as they taste. The people are also friendly too.

This is the best bakery in town! There is a great customer service as well as the delicious bread. All of the cashiers were so nice, especially this one cashier named Gabriela. She was so sweet and so nice. I had a greay experience. Highly recommend!
