Buyer beware! I went on cycle trader looking for a motorcycle. Found one! Purchased October 2020, From Texarkana Harley Davidson. All went good until the shipping of the bike. My sales guy Nick. Sent me pictures and said the bike had no scratches or obvious damage to the bodywork. When I receive the bike in El Paso there’s two obvious scratches. After comparing the bike to the original pictures sent to me it’s clear the bike got scratched during shipping. I immediately call Nick, report the problem, show proof and the running around began. I called almost weekly asking for a solution. Every week it was, let me talk to my manager, the general manager or the shipping company. They never took responsibility. Bounced me around until they finally gave me the shipping company phone number. By now it’s February 2021. I called them directly and deny all damage. If I could I would post the pictures here to show everyone reading the proof.Texarkana Harley got their money and did not take care of me, their customer.I do not recommend Texarkana Harley to anyone buying outside of Texarkana! I do not recommend you let them ship it to you!Worst customer service ever!
