Friendly cashier and helpful staff, but overpriced.

I use their printing services and have had great experiences. Recently with the larger number of orders I’ve transitioned to using the self service machine even though the paper quality is worse than what I can get if I order through the actual print shop. However, I did learn the other day that I can bring my own paper, which I will definitely do! Only reason that there’s 4 stars instead of 5 is that customers in the self-serve area have no sense of time and bring in very large personal scanning projects that would be better done at the post office, FedEx, UPS, etc where there are people to help rather than watching people struggle to use the machine for scanning a zillion separate pages. I always go in on my lunch break and there’s been times I wait for 15 minutes because both stations are occupied by someone, and I end up just leaving and coming back later. A little sign reminding people to be mindful of the time they are taking would probably help.

Went in to pick up a chair for my home office. Associate Clint saw me walking towards the front with a tag for the chair and immediately went to the stock room to get me one. He was friendly and helpful, from first contact, to checkout, to putting the box in my trunk. Store was clean and well lit, too, very pleasant. Highly recommended.

This location the employees are very rude. They try to push you to use the “Self Service” printer and it doesn’t work properly. I own a business and I’ve used Office Depot for years and just moved to the Plano area and this is by far the worst location ever. I don’t normally post bad reviews but today was just a horrible experience and I spend a ton of money here!
