We were about to leave Natchitoches La when we decided to go to Popeyes and try their infamous chicken sandwich. When we arrived, there was a line around the building, but we decided to stay anyway thinking it wouldn’t be that long. Well we were there 30 minutes. We both ordered the sandwiches with her ordering the spicy and mine the original. Hers wasn’t too bad (but nothing to write home about) and mine was the original. Mine was horrible and I threw it away. The meat was too hard to eat and both had way too much spread on it. Oh and the drink she had was watered down. It may be hit and miss with this restaurant, but based on my experiences I can’t recommend it.

The ordering process went nicely. Then I had to pull up to wait for close to 30 minutes for 4 chicken sandwiches and a pie. The pie tasted old and wasn’t at all crisp like it was made that day. And I got it before noon. Never again will I go there.
