I wish I didn’t have to give them any stars at all! I purchased a pair of shoes here, and needed to exchange them for a bigger size. After asking an associate for help with the exchange, I was “rudely” notified by the manager that I would have to wait until the release date to complete any transactions! Rude people! Rude store! I also emailed footlocker customer service, and it’s now 14 days post and they have not contacted me either! I wouldn’t spend another red cent in pooplocker

Needed some new running shoes. The team member working there helped me pick out a pair that fit my needs and my feet. She seemed knowledgeable about the different products. The ones I bought were on sale, and were actually cheaper than any of the places selling them online. One of the better shopping experiences I’ve had at a mall.
