We have continued to roast and ship hand roasted Specialty Coffee and honor the craft of roasting as we have for 14 years – without relying on roasting software or automation. We ship retail orders under $50 for a flat fee of $8, and retail orders of $50 + we ship no charge. We use USPS delivery or you can pick up at the Roasteria, Old Barn Market in Binghamton or Baked Euphoria bakery in Endicott. We sell Nuova Simonelli home/small business espresso machines. We are factory authorized to sell & service commercial Nuova Simonelli & LaMarzocco espresso machines, Mahlkonig grinders and FETCO brewers. We offer professional Barista and Brew training, start-up consultation and commercial equipment leasing.

The coffee was very good, but the only options for morning food were biscotti or molasses cookies. It was kindly explained to me that they don’t have a kitchen, so they don’t have a lot of food options. But if cookies can be brought in, so can other baked goods. Some muffins or croissants or rolls would be lovely. Or even just breakfast-y cookies, like a granola bar cookie…?Also, a sign outside with the business name would be helpful. If there is one, I couldn’t spot it…
