WOW these guys are the worst. I went in and announced myself to sales staff (the big guy). They completely ignored me. I then asked if I could wait in the lounge area. The guy just nodded. I waited there and saw him answer 4 calls and never came over or even acknowledge my presence. I decided to leave. If this is how they treat prospective customers I would hate to be one. Will not be going back!

I came in and spoke to Mike after driving an hour and 30 minutes to this location . I arrived at 8:15 and was told I have to have an appointment . There is no fine print On there website or business card about making appointment. Very poor Customer service skills . It is not the customer fault That you choose to half staff on the weekend . I asked could I wait because it just a trailer hitch auxiliary . Basically lacks customer service. My opinion go elsewhere..

The guys here are great! Ricky, Chris, and Nick answered all of my questions, let me test drive a jeep with the same lift kit I was looking at to help me make a decision, and in my opinion seemed like great genuine guys. They didn’t try to oversell me on things I didn’t need or want, and they were very knowledgably and explained what I was getting with what I had asked for. I would trust my jeep in their hands any day. I am more than satisfied with the 4 Rough Country lift and 35 Toyos they installed. Thanks guys!!
