This is the worst customer service ever I ordered 2 Versace robes April 2,2021 Paid for next day delivery was supposed to receive it April 5 never came never left FedEx warehouse in Memphis Tennessee. Versace tells me they can’t refund me money until they hear back from FedEx now it’s April 27 still no robes nor my refund. They Basically told me forget that I bought robes for me and my girl for our trip that we left to go on April 11 and returned on the 16. This is very unfair you hold people my hostage like this. That’s your carrier fix that with them n make you customer happy.

Customer service is TERRIBLE – they apparently do not handle all types of claims and you will not receive updates on your claims in a timely fashion, if at all. I have been trying to receive an update since my own incident on January 1st, 2021, and still have not received one. I have sent emails weekly, and the last email reply (which was now over 3 weeks ago) said they will send an update within 5-7 business days. Customer service does not stick to their word, which is deeply disappointing, and they do not even deserve one star. It is important to put this company on display for their lack of compassion/understanding for someone’s incident – especially when it is an incident involving my own personal information at a store.

Absolute horrible customer service. For two weeks I attempted to find out if an item was in stock. Was hung up on multiple times, told to hold and placed on hold for upwards of ten minutes. Today I finally reached a woman who said “hold please” and left the receiver off the hook, only to come back and transfer me to another department (without speaking to me) which went straight to voicemail. I called back and heard whoever picked up the phone hang it up immediately, I called back again, same thing. I was hung up on a total of 6 times just that day. I’d say it would be one thing if this was an isolated experience but this has happened SEVERAL times over the course of over two weeks. Being hung up on after asking if an item is in stock or transferred to another department which goes straight to voicemail. Unbelievable. I feel two stars is generous, but this is because after [literally] days of reaching out I was finally contacted by a manager and apologized to. By the end of this I decided to purchase the item online and take my chances with sizing, for fear that I will be met with the same level of customer service in person as I had received consistently over the phone.
