This was the first and last time I will ever buy anything from this establishment. I was extremely disappointed with the cake I ordered for my husband’s birthday. I ordered a small rectangular sheet cake with purple accents and gold writing.Upon arrival to Sweet Cakes, it was empty, there was two random cakes displayed in the case and nothing else beside a small rack of candles. When I was shown the cake, I was told that there was a problem because they had no gold icing and had to use yellow for the writing. The writing looked like a five-year-old piped it on. I asked for the writing to be wiped and redone. They came out with the previous yellow icing smeared across the white icing and once again piping that looked like a five-year-old did it. I then had to explain to the baker that a new layer of white icing should be put on and then re write the lettering. Did I mention that the cake was a small circular cake (supposed to be a small rectangular sheet cake) and it was barely enough for everyone to have a slice. It did not really matter because the cake tasted horrible. It tasted like the cake was stale and the icing was very cheap. The icing wasn’t even sweet. It was just horrible and embarrassing. I do not know where those pictures came from that are on their website but, it’s false advertisement. Do not waste your money.

These cookies are amazing!!! I’m so addicted to the buttercrunch cookies it’s ridiculous. I literally stare at the cookies while I’m eating them. LOL! Now I how to figure out hot to ship some to my friends and family in NY!
