I showed up late to my appointment, but there was only one car in the entire bay, and I was told 20 minutes was not enough time to do an oil change. I would completely understand if there were cars lined up and they were slammed, but the advisor said I would have to reschedule. If it takes more than 20 minutes to do an oil change, I understand.

I had a recall on my car and went by to talk to them about it. They scheduled an appointment to have it fixed for me. Told me it would take 2-3 days, which was fine with me. My salesmen made sure that I had a car to drive while it was being fixed!! They got my car done in one day!! Great job! I highly recommend them. We have been a customer of Long-Lewis, Muscle Shoals for over 27 years. I won’t go anywhere else!!
