The eye exam, professionalism of the staff, and glasses are great. However, I’m extremely disappointed by the eyeglass case and cleaning cloth. Last year, I purchased two pairs of Vera Bradley frames and received gorgeous cases that really protected the glasses. This year, I purchased a Vera Bradley frame and a Bebe frame. The eyeglass cases are horrific. Cheap plastic. The cleaning clothes are rough and are more like shop clothes. Thanks for giving me the protection plan. From the look of the cases and cleaning clothes, I will be back in to replace them.

I guess the old adage you get what you pay for really applies to this place. They have amazing offers on eyeglasses with complimentary eye exams. However the quality of the glasses that you get are flimsy at best I’ve gone back twice in the first 30 days for repairs to the arm and to the nose bracket. I’m worried that these glasses won’t even last a year because they’re so flimsy. They’re not open on Sundays and the lines on the weekends are out the door. I get that some people can’t afford more expensive glasses. But they should offer a higher quality glass frames
